1. Weekly Lawn Mowing for the season. Includes blowing off property and weed whipping edges/beds of property. (8-9 months)
2. Two (2) bush/hedge trimming per year
3. Spring/fall Cleanup
4. Fertilizer program
5. Weeding of garden beds
6. Pick up debris around the property
   

• Mulch - delivery and installation, variety of mulch types to choose from
• Sodding - prepping area for sod, correct grading to prevent damage, delivery, and installation of sod
• Drainage - French drains, remove standing water in the yard, sump pump discharge, gutter downspouts
• Aeration - core aeration to improve quality of turf
• Power raking (dethatching) - rake up thatch layer to promote proper turf growth
